Some things you can't talk your way through.

Psilocybin-assisted therapy in Boulder, CO
Scroll

There's a kind of knowing that doesn't arrive through talking. You can describe the grief, name the pain, explain the distance, and still not be any closer to it.

Psilocybin can open a more direct line to that material. With real preparation and someone steady beside you, what surfaces becomes something you can actually work with.

How this work unfolds

The work happens in three parts:

Part one

Preparation

We meet for two preparation sessions. We talk about what's bringing you here, what to expect, and different ways to approach the experience. You don't need to arrive with clear intentions. We'll work through this together.

Part two

The psilocybin session

It takes place at a licensed healing center and typically lasts four to six hours. You'll be in a comfortable, private setting, most often with eye shades and music, attention turned inward. Some of what comes is visual, some emotional, some potentially spiritual. Challenging moments may come up too. You won't face them alone. I'm with you the entire time.

Part three

Integration

We will meet for two integration sessions. The session opens something. Integration is where you make use of the experience and carry it into your actual life.
